The Smurf Kindereggs Surprises

The newer Smurf Kindereggs were available in Canada in 1998. They are much better quality than past figures. The eyes have already been drawn on the face. That way you don't have to worry about the eye-stickers coming off. With the Smurf Kinders from the 80s there were stickers to be glued on, which easily come off and the parts fell apart easily. The new ones don't fall apart easily anymore. Nicely done, Ferrerro!

There are 10 figurines in the Canadian 1998 series. There are five Smurfs gardening, one with a wheelbarrel, one watering plants, one with a rake, one lazy Smurf with a shovel, and one Smurf carrying a sack of wheat on his back. Here they are:

Then there are five musician Smurfs, an accordion player, a trumpeter, a Smurf playing the violin, Smurfette dancing, and Papa conductor.

And Surprise! There are also small smurf jigsaw puzzles. Four smaller ones make one big puzzle. I know of at least two sets. The first set of four shows Nat, Drummer Smurf, Sassette and Saxophone Player, Grandpa, Baby and Smurfette.

The other set of four shows Smurfs picking acorns from a tree, throwing them down to two other Smurfs on the ground, a squirrel angry at that, and Smurfs presenting Smurfette with acorns and fruits.
